One thing you can do today
Cast your mind back to the last meeting that left an impression on you, good or bad. What did you observe? Was the outcome what you expected? Can you explain it? How many agendas and alliances were in the room?
What could you have done differently? Those questions are part of the larger story of Political IQ in this book.
